Refund policy

Damages and issues
Pictures will be taken of items being sent by the seller prior to them being mailed.  Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/Cancellation

  • Once orders are placed, you will not have the option to cancel the order.  Please ensure you want to make a purchase prior to submitting your order.  Modifications to the orders may be made but contact the seller ASAP!
  • Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis.  Seller has the right to determine what meets the definition of a refund.  Store credit may be available for all other situations. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact seller ASAP! 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
May be authorized in certain situations.  Please contact seller ASAP!
